Our company produces the I-beams in steel forms. These beams consist of the lower flange, web and the upper flange. The section height of the beam is fixed. The thickness of the flanges and the height of the web may be changed and adjusted to individual requirements of  the construction element resistance. The standard I-beams width starts with 400mm and the height starts with 750mm, even up to 1050mm and the width of 500mm. In the supporting area these elements may have a rectangular cross-section adjusted to the shear strength requirements and may be additionally cut.
The elements of the construction that are subjects to overload are mainly the roofing and suspended systems. Considering this fact, all used roofing solutions, the necessity of using roof bracing and suspending systems require the application of additional steel accessories on upper, lateral and bottom surfaces, such as:

• rails for bolted wear plates (mounting the wear plate with the use of pneumatically inserted bolts is not recommended)
• steel hooks/fasteners
• threaded sleeves
• threaded rods for installing purlins

We can make additional holes or mount non-standard accessories according to the design requirements. All these elements are only produced as load-bearing ones.
