We produce prefabricated purlins as rectangular beams of 200mm width and 300mm height up to 2000mm. Standard elements are of fixed height over its whole length. These elements can be undercut or remain unchanged within the supporting area. Purlins are usually loaded with the roof covering and climatic loads. Taking these factors and the application of different roof covering solutions into account, the embedding of additional steel elements on upper, lateral and bottom surfaces seems to be necessary. For this purpose we use:

• rails for screwing roofing plates (mounting the roofing plate with the use of pneumatically inserted bolts is not recommended)
• steel hooks/fasteners
• threaded sleeves
• on special request we can produce purlins of varying and I-shaped sections
